Job description

Apprentice cook training (Koch) with an additional qualification in hotel and restaurant management at the Europa-Park Erlebnis-Resort in Rust (Baden). This training allows you to learn professional skills in the kitchen (receiving goods, preparation, plating) while developing management, planning, purchasing, cost control, and marketing skills for the culinary offer. Apprentices work in various culinary concepts aimed at a national and international clientele and also acquire knowledge of leadership, staff planning, and event organization. The training combines practical experience in the company and theoretical instruction at the vocational school in Villingen-Schwenningen. Europa-Park emphasizes support from experienced trainers, internal training modules (MACK Akademie), social activities, and services for employees (subsidized meals, health and fitness offers). The position is suitable for individuals motivated by cooking, culinary creativity, and the desire to advance to technical or managerial roles in the hotel and restaurant industry.

Main responsibilities

• Learn and execute professional cooking techniques (preparation, cooking, plating)
• Participate in planning and executing menus for a national and international clientele
