3Data that may be collected

- surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number and account-related information.
- Project information
- desired country, level of study, field of study, institution sought, career plans and preferences shared.
- Usage data
- favourites, services viewed, interactions needed for the account to work and saved preferences.
- Support data
- service requested, information provided in forms, request status and exchanges with Stupora.
- Appointment data
- date, time, service concerned and information needed to organise the appointment.
- Documents provided voluntarily
- documents needed for certain support or integration services.
Stupora limits collection to the information needed for the stated purposes.
4Purposes of data use
- create, manage and secure the user account;
- enable use of the dashboard;
- personalise the Stupora experience and recommendations;
- save favourites;
- process support or integration requests;
- organise and manage appointments;
- answer requests sent to support;
- ensure the security of the platform;
- comply with applicable legal obligations;
- improve Stupora's features and performance.
Depending on the processing concerned, the appropriate legal basis may in particular be the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent where required.
5Documents provided as part of a support service
When a user requests support, Stupora may ask them to provide the documents needed for the service concerned.
These documents are intended for the authorised people who need them to process the request and must not be used for a purpose incompatible with the one stated.
6Data recipients
Depending on the feature used, the data may be accessible to authorised Stupora staff, to the managers in charge of the service concerned and to the technical providers needed to run the platform.
When a transfer to a partner or third-party organisation is necessary to provide a service, the user is informed in accordance with the applicable rules.
Simply viewing an institution or an opportunity does not mean that the user's personal data is passed on to that institution or company.
7No sale of personal data
Stupora does not intend to sell its users' personal data to companies, institutions or advertisers.

Data is kept for a period proportionate to the purposes for which it was collected and then, where necessary, for the periods required or permitted by the applicable regulations.
Specific periods must be defined internally for each category of data and each service.

Stupora may use cookies or similar technologies needed for the platform to work.
