1Purpose
These General Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for accessing and using the Stupora platform.
Stupora is a platform intended in particular for students and young graduates who wish to build and develop their academic and professional path internationally.
The platform is organised mainly around three poles: Opportunities, Support and Integration.
Creating an account and using the relevant features implies acceptance of these Terms.
2Platform publisher
The platform is operated by STUPORA, registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) under number CM-DLA-01-2026-B13-00660.

3Access to Stupora
Some parts of Stupora are freely accessible. Access to certain features requires the creation of a personal account.
The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
Each account is personal. The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and must inform Stupora if they suspect any unauthorised use.
4Services offered
4.1 Opportunities
Stupora makes it possible in particular to consult information about educational institutions, study programmes, internships, student jobs and first professional experience opportunities.
Unless otherwise stated, Stupora acts as a platform providing information and guidance towards official sources. When a user wishes to apply, Stupora may redirect them to the official website of the institution, company or organisation concerned.
Stupora does not guarantee admission to an institution, or obtaining an internship, a job or any other opportunity.
5Support services
Stupora may offer in particular the following services: Orientation, Admission, Application file, Campus France and Administrative procedures.
The Campus France service currently concerns study projects in France.
Depending on the service chosen, the user may be asked to provide the information and documents needed to process their request.
Paid services, when offered, may be subject to commercial or specific conditions presented before ordering.
6Integration services
Stupora may offer information and services that make it easier for students to settle in, in particular in France, Belgium and Germany.
The information provided does not replace official information or the decisions of the competent authorities and organisations.
7User account
The personal space may allow the user to view their dashboard, complete their profile, save favourites, manage their support or integration requests and follow their appointments when these features are available.
Stupora may change the features of the platform.
8User obligations
The user undertakes to use Stupora lawfully and respectfully.
In particular, it is forbidden to:
- knowingly provide false information;
- use another person's identity;
- attempt to access another user's account;
- distribute fraudulent, illegal or malicious content;
- deliberately disrupt the operation or security of the platform;
- extract Stupora's content or data on a massive scale without authorisation.
Stupora may suspend or delete an account in the event of manifestly abusive or fraudulent use, subject to the applicable rules.
9Third-party information
Some information about institutions, companies, study programmes and opportunities may come from partners, official bodies or public sources.
Stupora strives to keep this information up to date, without being able to guarantee that it remains accurate at all times.
The user must check any decisive information with the official source before taking any step.
10Intellectual property
The Stupora name, its visual identity, logo, interfaces, texts, original content, graphic elements and other creations belonging to Stupora are protected by the applicable intellectual property rules.
Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11Platform availability
Stupora strives to ensure the availability and security of the platform.
Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, improvements, updates or because of a technical incident.
12Liability
Stupora provides an information, guidance and support tool.
Unless there is an express commitment linked to a specific service, Stupora does not guarantee admission to an institution, obtaining a visa or residence permit, a favourable decision from an administration, or obtaining a job or an internship.
Final decisions rest with the institutions, companies, administrations and organisations concerned.
13Data protection
Users' personal data is processed in accordance with Stupora's Privacy Policy, which is available separately on the platform.
14Changes to the Terms
Stupora may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, the services or the applicable legal framework.
The date and version number identify the applicable Terms.
Where the nature of the changes requires it, the user may be asked to accept a new version.
