3raum PersonalManagement is looking for a working student for phone support at Hubland (Würzburg), working within a team managing around 300 national parking lots. The position involves shifts during extended hours (7:45–22:45) with options for 4h or 8h. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, resolving issues (lost tickets, technical malfunctions), remote assistance for troubleshooting simple incidents, and escalation to technicians for complex cases. The position is intended for enrolled students (min. 1 year remaining), available at least 2 days/week, proficient in IT and languages (German C2 required, English B2 minimum). The employer offers long-term collaboration, flexibility via an app, and increased hours during university vacations. This is a great opportunity to gain customer/technical experience in Germany.

Main responsibilities

• Receive and process customer calls
• Resolve simple incidents and malfunctions
• Troubleshoot remotely and escalate to technicians if necessary
• Contribute to customer satisfaction across a range of national parking lots

Profile sought

• Enrolled as a student, at least 1 year remaining in studies
• Availability min. 2 days/week (12–20 h)
• Excellent German (C2), English B2 minimum
