EBZ Akademie is part of the Europäisches Bildungszentrum der Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirtschaft (EBZ) and is one of the leading vocational training and continuing education centers for the real estate sector in Germany. Located in Bochum (headquarters) and also offering courses in Frankfurt am Main and in both in-person and online formats, EBZ Akademie provides initial training and professional certifications (notably in cooperation with the IHK Chambers of Commerce) for careers in property management, development, property administration, and property management. Studying real estate in Bochum or Frankfurt offers direct access to industry players, modular courses (evening classes, blended learning, distance learning), and pathways to IHK qualifications or higher degrees offered by the EBZ group. L’EBZ Akademie propose majoritairement des certificats et formations professionnelles (Zertifikatslehrgänge / Weiterbildungen) accessibles via une inscription en ligne («Online‑Anmeldung» sur le site de l’EBZ). Pour beaucoup de certificats (ex. Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) il n’y a pas de conditions d’accès formelles imposées par l’institut ; en revanche l’accès à l’examen IHK peut exiger, pour les candidats externes, une pratique professionnelle (p.ex. ~4,5 ans pour l’Externe‑Prüfung Immobilienkaufmann/-frau). Pour les parcours d’ascension professionnelle (p.ex. «Geprüfte/r Immobilienfachwirt/in») des conditions précises d’admission s’appliquent au moment de l’examen (ex. formation professionnelle + années d’expérience ou 5 ans d’expérience), et EBZ demande idéalement la confirmation écrite de la chambre de commerce (IHK) avant ou au démarrage du cours. Les inscriptions se font en ligne via le Bildungsfinder/«Online‑Anmeldung» et les contacts administratifs sont fournis (akademie@e‑b‑z.de). Pour les formats distance/blended, l’EBZ précise des conditions techniques (connexion Internet, PC avec micro et caméra) et indique les frais de formation et les frais d’examen publiés pour chaque formation (ex. participant price et Prüfungsgebühren mentionnés sur les fiches de formation).
