Job description

Europa-Park offers a training program to become specialists in system catering starting from September 1, 2027. In a busy international theme park, the training focuses on the organization, preparation, and presentation of standardized catering offers at various outlets. Apprentices participate in preparing dishes according to recipes, serving, managing inventory and cash register, and learn about quality processes and the park's specific standards. The training combines practical experience in an international environment (many foreign clients) and theoretical instruction at a vocational school. Europa-Park emphasizes teamwork, gradual increase in responsibility, and training through its MACK Akademie. Main responsibilities

• Welcoming international clients and providing service in the park's outlets
• Preparing and presenting dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Managing orders, receiving goods, and storage
• Processing payments and using cash register systems
• Participating in the establishment and maintenance of operational standards

Profile sought

• At least a Hauptschulabschluss diploma
• Enjoyment of interacting with an international clientele
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and resilience to stress
• Good basic knowledge of German; English desirable
