Job description

The Hôtel Martinez (Hyatt group) offers a 6-month internship in the Banquets department starting January 2027. Integrated into a luxury establishment on the Côte d'Azur, the intern will participate in setting up the banquet service, maintaining equipment, and serving during events. This internship is aimed at students in hospitality/restaurant management who wish to develop practical skills in event service, organization, and luxury hotel standards. The position requires excellent presentation, motivation, and a good level of French. The environment provides exposure to the standards of a Palace hotel, practices of gourmet dining, and large-scale event management.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in setting up the banquet service
• Ensure the maintenance of restaurant equipment
• Participate in serving during events
• Work under the responsibility of the Banquets Manager
