The Parkhotel Flora offers a training program in Hotelfach (dual training) to learn the various professions in hospitality: reception, restaurant, bar, kitchen, and other services. The dual training (company + vocational school) allows for the acquisition of practical skills at the reception (check-in/check-out, email management, billing) as well as in service and hotel management. For holders of the Abitur, an option with additional qualification in hotel management is offered, including knowledge in marketing and accounting. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality of service, personal presentation, and flexibility in working hours. The hotel offers modernized staff rooms (subject to availability), access to wellness, assistance with housing search, as well as the prospect of support after training. This Ausbildung is suitable for international students motivated by a practical career in hospitality in Germany.

Main responsibilities

• Discover and practice reception tasks (check-in/check-out)
• Carry out tasks in the restaurant, bar, and customer service
• Manage correspondence and billing
• Participate in training on wines, spirits, and service
• Follow a management option for holders of Abitur (if chosen)
