Founder's Associate Working Student (student job) - Berlin

Job description

Working student (16–20 h/semaine) au sein de la founders' office d'inca, une insurtech berlinoise axée IA. Le poste combine responsabilités People & Office et Marketing : gérer le processus de recrutement de bout en bout (annonces, sourcing, communication candidats), organiser onboarding/offboarding, tenir la gestion RH (contrats, absences, Personio), assurer le bon fonctionnement du bureau et orchestrer la communication LinkedIn (création de contenu, employer branding). Le rôle inclut l'automatisation de tâches répétitives via des workflows IA/automation (Claude, n8n, Notion) et des missions ad hoc pour les fondateurs (recherches, analyses). Le poste est on-site à Berlin, demande un étudiant inscrit en business/économie/psychologie ou équivalent, maîtrise du allemand (C1+) et de l'anglais, sens de l'organisation et appétence pour les outils d'automatisation. C'est une opportunité pour un étudiant international de travailler en startup IA avec responsabilités réelles et apprentissage transversal RH/marketing/ops.

Main responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment processes: job postings, sourcing, communication, interview scheduling
• Take charge of onboarding and offboarding new employees
• Create and publish LinkedIn content for employer branding and the founders
• Automatiser tâches répétitives et construire des workflows IA/automation

Profile sought

• Student enrolled in business, economics, psychology, or a similar field
• Organized, reliable, able to complete tasks without reminders
• Proficiency in German (C1+) and English, available 16–20 h/week on-site in Berlin
