Finance Internship - Finance internship (6 months) - Brussels (Belgium)

Job description

Beiersdorf offers a 6-month Finance internship within its Belgium team (Commercial Controlling and Business Controlling) in Brussels, starting in January 2027. The internship provides immersion in the daily financial elements of the business (sales/margins analysis, customer contracts in SAP, monthly reporting) and exposure to analytical tools such as PowerBI. The role includes creating Monthly Business Review reports, tracking contractual agreements with clients, and supporting local, regional, and global teams. The position is aimed at students in Bachelor/Master programs in business, economics, or similar fields, available 5 days a week for 6 months. The internship allows for gaining practical experience in finance within the FMCG sector (brands NIVEA, Eucerin, Hansaplast), with guidance and the possibility of remote work 2 days a week.

Main responsibilities

• Create and standardize Monthly Business Review reports
• Maintain and track customer contractual agreements in SAP
• Conduct detailed analyses of product/customer sales and margins
• Support the integration of PowerBI reports in coordination with NL and FR teams
• Assist with daily tasks: daily sales, price requests, and ad hoc analyses

Profile sought

• In the process of completing a Bachelor/Master in Business, Economics, or equivalent
• Available for 6 months starting January 2027, 5 days a week (2 days remote work possible)
• Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI is a plus
• Interest in the FMCG sector, attention to detail, and rigor
