Job description

Enpal offers a 6-month internship in the heart of the "Global Growth" project to support the integration and language training of South American electricians recruited for photovoltaic installations in Germany. The intern will work at the Enpal-Akademie in Blankenfelde-Mahlow to lead Deutsch als Fremdsprache (A2/B1) courses, design and improve teaching materials, develop technical vocabulary (electricity field), and coordinate in-person and online courses. Tasks related to training evaluation and administrative follow-up will complement the mission. The internship is designed for candidates with prior experience in teaching DaF or studies in linguistics, with a good level of Spanish (min. B2) and South American intercultural sensitivity. Main responsibilities

• Lead Deutsch als Fremdsprache courses (levels A2/B1)
• Develop and adapt teaching materials, especially for technical electrical vocabulary
• Select and deploy learning methods and tools
• Ensure supervision and follow-up of participants in the academy and coordinate online courses
• Conduct qualitative evaluations of training and provide administrative assistance

Profile sought

• Experience in teaching DaF or studies in linguistics/languages
• Spanish at least at level B2 (for South American supervision)
• Motivation, teamwork spirit, and interpersonal skills
• Very good organizational skills and autonomy
• Intercultural experience preferred, practical and pedagogical orientation
