Rohde & Schwarz Meßgerätebau GmbH is looking for a working student in international manufacturing planning in Memmingen. The company designs and produces solutions in Test & Measurement, Technology Systems, and Networks & Cybersecurity, offering an industrial environment where teams work from software design to final production. This student position allows for observing and participating in manufacturing and industrial planning processes, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a large technology group. This role is relevant for international students in engineering, industrial management, or logistics who wish to gain practical experience in factory planning and production. The position takes place on-site in Memmingen, in an industrial context that demands high technological methods and standards. It offers the opportunity to learn production practices, coordination between departments, and the integration of technical solutions into manufacturing, while developing professional skills in an international and technology-oriented environment.

Main responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning of manufacturing processes
• Assist with coordination tasks between departments (production, quality, technical)
• Participate in the analysis and optimization of production flows
• Support the documentation and tracking of production projects

Profile sought

• Student in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production, or related discipline
• Interest in industrial production and factory planning
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good command of English; German is a plus
