Job description

Internship in Employer Branding & Brand Communication at Vodafone in Düsseldorf, lasting 5 months. The intern will actively contribute to the employer branding strategy: creating content for career social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), managing editorial schedules, updating career page content, and organizing recruitment events/fairs (both physical and virtual). The role also involves collaboration with agencies and internal teams and implementing various communication actions. Vodafone is looking for higher education students with initial experience in employer branding, social media, or PR, a strong sense of organization, digital creativity, and an affinity for social trends.

Main responsibilities

• Contribute to an employer branding campaign and create social media content
• Manage editorial schedules and update career content
• Organize and represent Vodafone at recruitment fairs and events
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute communication actions

• Initial experiences in employer branding, social media, PR, or agency
• Student in media, design, communication, marketing, BWL, or related fields
