Jobtimum is recruiting on behalf of a large social security organization for a Werkstudent (student job) in Forderungsmanagement in Bremen. The part-time position allows for gaining practical experience in the health and finance sectors by participating in the processing of insolvency procedures, preparing provisional claims requests, and compiling documents for insolvency compensation. The role also includes administrative tasks, data entry and maintenance in systems, and contributing to the implementation of enforcement measures in established processes. This student job is suitable for enrolled students (BWL, law, social sciences, or comparable fields) who wish to develop skills in claims management, administrative rigor, and the use of Microsoft Office tools. The position offers attractive working conditions (e.g., flexibility, good accessibility by public transport) and a possibility of hiring after approximately six months of assignment. Proficiency in written and spoken German is required to handle correspondence and accurately document files.

Main responsibilities

• Prepare provisional claims requests and compile documents for insolvency compensation
• Initiate recovery measures and ensure traceability of open claims according to processes
• Perform manual correction work after system conversions or updates
• Ensure administrative tasks, enter and maintain data in systems
• Contribute to organized and efficient management of client files

Profile sought

• Enrollment in university (preference for BWL, law, social sciences, or similar fields)
• Fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Routine skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new digital tools
