Pflegia offers an internship in Business Development in Berlin focused on data analysis, platform management, and recruitment marketing for the healthcare sector. By joining a dynamic team of a digital startup connecting healthcare institutions and professionals, the intern will contribute to identifying business opportunities, managing and optimizing partner platforms (job and advertising), and analyzing recruitment campaigns. The position is aimed at students in economics, management information systems, marketing, or quantitative disciplines who wish to apply analytical skills (advanced Excel, SQL, or Python/R) and develop a strategic approach to recruitment marketing. The internship includes communication with partners via email and video conferencing, data reporting, and proposing optimizations to better attract healthcare professionals.

Main responsibilities

• Support for platform manager: integration and optimization of job/advertising platforms
• Data analysis and reporting for strategic decisions
• Management and optimization of recruitment marketing campaigns
• Communication with external partners (email, video call) and internal collaboration
• Identification of improvement levers for prospecting and engaging healthcare professionals

Profile sought

• Student in BWL, economics, management information systems, marketing, statistics, or related field
• Comfortable with data and ability to draw strategic conclusions
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets or knowledge in SQL/Python/R
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner on multiple tasks
• German level C1 required
