AlphaConsult Premium KG propose un poste de Werkstudent en kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung à Bitterfeld‑Wolfen (20h/semaine). Le rôle, via la voie de la Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, consiste à accompagner les processus administratifs RH et opérationnels : accueil des nouveaux collègues, formation initiale (datenschutzbelehrung), coordination des plannings de travail, et support sur des tâches administratives variées. L’offre convient aux étudiant·e·s cherchant une expérience pratique en administration RH et staffing, avec un contact régulier avec les équipes clients et une structure de service de personnel solide.
