IRCA is looking for a Werkstudent for the Engineering department in Hochheim am Main. The international company produces semi-finished ingredients for baking, pastry, and ice cream and offers a position in direct contact with production. The role is ideal for an engineering student (mechanical, process engineering, chemistry, industrial engineering) wishing to gain practical experience in the realization and management of plans, technical documentation, technical data management, and participation in the bidding phase. You will participate in the creation and revision of P&ID diagrams, maintain technical data sheets and bills of materials, create technical drawings, and perform administrative tasks while working closely with production. The position offers flexibility, hands-on production experience, and mentorship support.

Main responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain R&I / P&ID diagrams according to specifications
• Manage and update technical data sheets and component/piping lists
• Create CAD technical drawings
• Collaborate closely with production to ensure technical compliance
• Perform administrative tasks and document concepts in the bidding phase
• Participate in the preparation of technical documentation

Profile sought

• Student currently studying mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• First experience or knowledge of CAD software (ideally AutoCAD P&ID) appreciated
• Good technical sense and ability to read complex plans
• Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills (German/English implicit)
