Inclusive Care propose un poste flexible (minijob, Werkstudent ou temps partiel) en recrutement et assistance RH, majoritairement en télétravail avec rendez-vous ponctuels à Essen. L'association intervient en accompagnement scolaire, intégration et assistance en crèche. La mission permet d’acquérir de l’expérience en gestion des candidatures (JOIN, Indeed), présélection téléphonique, organisation et conduite d’entretiens, gestion d’un pool de candidats conforme au RGPD et publication d’annonces. Le rôle est adapté aux étudiants ou personnes en reconversion motivés par le recrutement et le travail social/éducatif, offrant horaires adaptables (après-midi) et perspectives de passage à un contrat non-temporaire.

Main responsibilities

• Sort and process applications received via platforms (JOIN, Indeed)
• Contact by phone and pre-select candidates
• Organize and, after training, conduct phone/video interviews
• Manage and maintain a candidate pool while respecting data protection
• Update and manage job postings and internal communication

Profile sought

• Ideally first experiences in recruitment or application management
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Communication skills, service orientation, and autonomy
• Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office
• Availability for a few in-person meetings in Essen
