Working Student Growth Engineer – Marketing & Growth (Remote, Berlin)

Job description

Poste de Werkstudent Growth Engineer chez relokate (startup remote-first basée à Berlin) orienté marketing B2B et automatisation LinkedIn. Le rôle est hands-on et fait travailler l’étudiant·e directement avec la direction et l’équipe marketing pour piloter l’outreach LinkedIn, transformer l’engagement en rendez-vous, automatiser workflows avec des outils d’IA, créer et tester des lead magnets, et construire un flux de contenu automatisé. L’offre est idéale pour un·e étudiant·e tech ou entrepreneurial·e souhaitant apprendre le growth marketing, les stratégies d’outreach B2B, et l’utilisation d’outils d’automatisation/IA. Le poste est entièrement remote, à temps partiel (~3–3,5h/jour), avec démarrage le 10 novembre 2026 et rémunération horaire annoncée.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and develop the LinkedIn outreach strategy
• Transform interactions into conversations and qualified meetings
• Automatiser workflows d’outreach avec outils basés IA
• Create and test lead magnets and automated content flows
• Analyze reports (LinkedIn, GSC) and propose optimizations

Profile sought

• Enrolled student (ideally with a tech or startup-oriented profile)
• Fluent in English and good German (teamspeak in English)
• Confort avec outils d’IA et automatisation
• Analytical, proactive, and autonomous mindset
• Ability to work remotely and take on responsibilities from the start
