Job description

Working student in Quality Assurance / Manual Software Testing at TOI TOI & DIXI Group in Ratingen. The position is aimed at students in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent programs who wish to gain initial practical experience in manual testing of internal web applications that manage key processes (customer management, billing, planning, etc.). Responsibilities include manual testing, analysis and documentation of bugs, close collaboration with developers and QA, and gradual increase in responsibilities. The offer provides good integration, an experienced QA team, and the possibility to work flexibly (home office/remote and/or in the office). The position is designed to be combined with studies and allows for deepening skills in software quality assurance and technical communication.

Main responsibilities

• Manually test the functionalities of the group's web applications
• Identify, document, and track the resolution of anomalies
• Collaborate with developers and other QA members
• Gradually take on more responsibilities in the QA process

Profile sought

• Enrolled at university, ideally in computer science or equivalent
• Interest in software quality and initial experience in testing

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn QA processes
