Job description

Vitalliance offers an apprenticeship or professionalization contract to train home care assistants. In partnership with a tutor, the learner is trained in daily tasks and supporting elderly or disabled individuals: assistance with getting up/going to bed, personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, shopping, and maintaining social connections. The apprenticeship emphasizes listening, personalizing interventions, and adapting the pace to the needs of the beneficiaries. This apprenticeship program is aimed at candidates wishing to pursue a career in personal assistance, acquired through supervised practice, while preparing for a professional diploma. The position allows for learning the technical and relational skills necessary to become a pillar in the daily lives of beneficiaries, with a strong level of human commitment and service orientation.
