Job description

accompio GmbH is hiring a working student (20 hours/week) for the area of workplace equipment and IT services at its headquarters in Wedemark (Hannover region). The company works on IT infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity, and offers the student candidate the opportunity to set up and prepare workstations, manage equipment, assist users, and contribute to hardware lifecycle management. The position provides the possibility to evolve into level 1 support or participate in IT projects based on the candidate's interest and aptitude, while benefiting from guidance, mentoring, and a structured onboarding. This position is designed for students in computer science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, or similar disciplines who wish to gain practical experience in IT support, equipment management, and client administration in a modern professional context. The environment is dynamic, in a small team, with opportunities for involvement and progressive responsibilities.

Main responsibilities

• Setup and preparation of workstations (hardware)
• Inventory management and lifecycle of equipment
• User assistance with daily IT questions
• Participation in IT projects and gradual takeover of First-Level support

Profile sought

• Enrolled student, ideally in computer science or Wirtschaftsinformatik
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Fluent communication in German and English (oral/written)
• Independence, organization, and a taste for teamwork
