Job description

The Harsch Group, a major family-owned company in the construction sector in Southwestern Germany, offers an internship in site management focused on Lean Construction in Bretten. The intern will work alongside an experienced site manager on a residential construction project (36 housing units), will discover the getaktete Bauweise (rhythmic construction) method, and will actively participate in planning, monitoring progress, and coordinating subcontractors on site. The internship is designed to provide in-depth practical experience, immersion in modern site processes, and opportunities to learn continuous improvement methods. Main responsibilities

• Operational participation in the realization of a residential project
• Application and learning of the Lean / getaktete Bauweise method
• Taking on partial site management tasks
• Coordination of appointments and communication with subcontractors
• Daily monitoring of progress and reporting challenges

• Student in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent
