MAFI Transport-Systeme GmbH offers a 3-year Ausbildung (in-company training) for the position of Industriekaufmann/-frau at its headquarters in Tauberbischofsheim. The training alternates between practical phases in the company and aims to provide operational skills in purchasing, sales, finance and accounting, marketing, logistics, quality, and human resources. Guided by experienced training managers, the learner performs concrete tasks according to the department, participates in the planning, monitoring, and implementation of business processes, and prepares for the final exam. The position is suitable for candidates with Mittlere Reife / intermediate secondary school diploma, good skills in mathematics, German, and English, and proficiency with PC tools and MS Office. An observation internship during vacation periods may be offered to discover the profession.
