Adecco Braine-l'Alleud offers a practical internship in recruitment to discover the entire recruitment process within a small friendly team. The role allows you to work on selecting profiles for various clients, learn to post job offers, filter CVs, organize interviews, and support candidates throughout the process. The intern participates in exchanges with clients, develops skills in sourcing and communication, and contributes to the agency's cross-functional activities. This internship is suitable for students wishing to professionalize in human resources or recruitment and offers concrete experience within a large network of temporary work and placement.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in the recruitment of diverse profiles for clients
• Post job offers and manage CV selection
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates during the process
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives

Profile sought

• Student in HR, recruitment, or a similar field
• Proactivity, flexibility, and initiative
• Ability to work in a team and discretion
• Availability of at least 4 days/week for at least 10 weeks (spring 2027)
