Job description

NORMA offers a training program to become a salesperson / Kaufmann im Einzelhandel at a branch in Erkelenz, starting on 01.08.2027. The training lasts 2 or 3 years depending on the path chosen, and is aimed at candidates holding a Hauptschulabschluss or an equivalent diploma, offering a dual qualification option (Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel + acquisition of the Fachabitur for those with a medium level). The program includes theoretical and practical training in-store, regular internal training sessions, and optimized exam preparation. Main responsibilities
